A104 This picture perfect 2 bed/2 bath poolside unit is sure to please the whole family! Win-San's complex is the closest oceanfront condo to Flagler Avenue where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and more! With just 42 units in this family friendly community, you will have plenty of room to relax at the pool. The unit is clean and bright, and the price is just right!

We call this unit a "ground floor flat" It is conveniently located on the ground floor with direct access to the swimming pool. You will feel right at home in this cozy and comfortable unit. The kitchen is bright and clean with white cabinets and beautiful granite counter tops and flows directly through to the living room with a straight shot to the pool/beach through the sliding glass doors. The master is spacious with a comfortable King size bed. The spare bedroom has two twin size beds, both bedrooms have TV's as well as the living room which has a queen size pull-out sofa bed for extra company. There are two full baths that allow for privacy for those staying in the master and a spare bathroom in the hall for guests. Washer and dryer are on site but not in the unit. Do not miss your chance to come and relax in this great condo!!

"Unit A104 is finished out nicely. Comfortable and very light/bright, perfect for a beach stay.The kitchen is well stocked with any dish/pot you might require.All beds slept well. Location on the pool is perfect.

Beautiful rental property

"Beautiful rental property, looks exactly like the pictures. The mattress and pillows in the main bedroom were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper too. Best part is the kitchen is overstocked! I'm used to rentals having the bare minimum as far as dishes/cutlery/glassware, this place has more than enough of everything. The pool is about five feet from the condo, the beach maybe 100ft, and there are multiple restaurants and bars within a block or two. Win-San is a great rental, if we come back to New Smyrna I will definitely book here again.

"We appreciate the option to rent again next year. However, we aren’t in a position to make that commitment at this time. I know we would definitely like to return, but at this point, I don’t know when. We had a wonderful stay at Win-San. We loved that the location was so close to shops and restaurants and, of course, the beach! The condo had everything we could have possibly needed! It was great! Thank you! Jacqueline M

"The only bummer is difficultly with getting wifi...had to call spectrum Tvs didn't work in bedrooms even after I plugged them in. Would have been nice to get a list of what to bring...tp, paper towels? I thought the condos were supposed to be set with stuff after getting off a plane.

"Our family has been coming to Win-San for over 30 years now and have stayed in several units. I have to say this unit (A-104) is by far our favorite. The beds are excellent, memory foam! The linens were wonderful. Obvious the owners put thought into their purchases for the unit. From finish out to decor and stocked kitchen we could not be more pleased!We will be selecting this unit for our next visit. Also a big thank you to the team at NSB for making the booking and check-in process so easy and also for checking on us during our stay!

"I would rate the accommodations as very good. The bedding was probably the best I have slept on. I actually plan on buying a nectar bed after sleeping on the one in A104. Really made my back feel better. Thank you. I would of rated the condo as excellent except the Main TV was old and small, and the spectrum remote was not synced with the TV. The weather wasn't very good so we watched allot of TV. We love the WinSan and will be back two more times this summer. It was also nice meeting a few of the owners. They all were very nice.

Great Condo!

"We love WinSan and this was our first stay in this unit. It's well stocked and the beds are comfortable! First floor location which is fantastic. We had our 4 kids with us and they are very well-behaved. However, the “owners” and some seasonal renters were very annoying during the stay. There were numerous families with kids staying at WinSan and when they were all around the pool, the older people got upset. I the spring break would be a good time to leave if you live there or buy a condo where weekly rentals aren't an option.
