Lucas Bradshaw currently serves as a Property Manager at NSBRT, where he is committed to delivering high-quality living experiences and fostering strong relationships with both tenants and property owners. Prior to his role in property management, Lucas gained hands-on experience in appliance installation—an opportunity that developed his problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, both of which remain central to his work today. He was drawn to NSBRT by the company’s people-focused culture and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative and experienced team. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Lucas enjoys spending time with his children and unwinding at the beach. A fun fact about Lucas: he was born just down the street from Plymouth Rock.
