A longtime New Smyrna Beach lover, Nancy Slade first fell in love with NSB in 1992 and has been returning ever since. After decades of visits, she and her family purchased their first beachside property in 2022, followed shortly by a second. With a true passion for the area and a firsthand understanding of what it means to be a property owner here, Nancy brings valuable perspective to her role.
A communications expert, she brings years of experience in property management, marketing, and customer care to the NSB Realty Team. Married with two children, four dogs, a horse, and a bunny, Nancy knows the importance of having a trusted team to care for what matters most.
As Owner Liaison, she works closely with clients to ensure their homes are well looked after and their guests feel welcomed. Nancy is proud to serve as a connection point between owners and the community she loves.
